IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: This platform is an independent product and is not affiliated with Google or other AI model providers. We provide access to AI models through our custom interface.

Purpose

This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund on purchases made through Nano Banana Pro at nanobananapro.photo and any related checkout flows. Because our Services deliver digital goods and compute credits instantly, we provide refunds only in the limited situations described below.

Subscription Plans

  • Free Trials: If you cancel during a published free-trial period, you will not be charged.
  • Monthly Plans: Charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. If you cancel mid-cycle you retain access until the end of the paid term and will not be billed again.
  • Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions can be canceled within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge for a pro-rated refund of unused time, provided no more than 30% of the annual generation quota has been consumed.

Credits and One-Time Purchases

  • Prompt packs, image credits, and other consumable add-ons are non-refundable after delivery unless they fail to function due to a verified Nano Banana Pro outage.
  • If credits are unused because of platform downtime exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive hours, contact us within seven (7) days and we will either reissue the credits or provide a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

Failed Outputs or Quality Concerns

AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to match a specific creative direction. We do not offer refunds solely for dissatisfaction with the aesthetic of a generated asset. However, we will investigate defective renders caused by system errors and may restore credits or issue a refund where we confirm the fault.

EU/UK Consumers

If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom and purchase digital content, you acknowledge that immediate fulfillment begins at checkout and therefore waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right except where the content or service is defective. Contact us promptly if you believe consumer-protection rules grant you additional rights.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to support@nanobananapro.photo before opening a dispute with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and associated assets.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@nanobananapro.photo from your account email address.
  2. Include your workspace ID, transaction ID, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
  3. We will review your request within five (5) business days and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to ten (10) business days to appear on your statement.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of Nano Banana Pro after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
